To get certified, you have to meet the highest standards for social and environmental impact (which basically means doing the right thing even when no one's watching). We're proud to be part of this global movement of companies that believe business can be a force for good.

In 2024, Holie's recertified as a B Corp with a topscore of 126.2.

This puts us in the top 3% highest scoring B Corp certified food brands in the world. Pretty sweet right? We're far from perfect, just making slightly better decisions every day.

We're on a mission to make people healthy again (without squeezing all the fun out of life).

This has driven us – and all we do – since 2018. Holie's cereals and bars are for people who want to eat like a nutritionist, without compromising on taste or brand experience. Because let's be honest: healthy stuff can be boring. We never add sugar or sweeteners, and our products are packed with protein and prebiotic fibre. And yeah, your gut's going to love you for it.

Healthy Planet

Healthy people need a healthy planet to live on. That's why we aim to take care of the environment as well, while we grow our business responsibly. Our sustainability strategy comes down to three things:

  • 1. Measure

    we perform life cycle assessments (LCAs) on all our products to measure the total environmental impact across its entire life cycle. Carbon emissions (CO2 footprint), Water and energy use per product, we know it all.

  • 2. Reduce

    we use the insights from our LCAs to make better sustainability decisions. For example; last year we found out that we could pack our Granola bags way more efficient in their shipping boxes. A small change with big impact as we now need 50% less carton.

  • 3. Regreen

    we compensate our carbon emissions every year by restoring land in Africa with Justdiggit. Justdiggit is a Dutch environmental NGO dedicated to combating climate change by revitalizing degraded landscapes in Africa. Our impact so far: We restored over 970 hectares of land, and planted more than 38,100 trees.

We're aiming to make a healthy impact on society beyond retail as well. That's why we believe in strategic partnerships with leading health practitioners, NGOs, and like-minded brands that are also aiming to help people live a little healthier.

Since 2023, we've been a proud partner of the Dutch Diabetes Fund, and since 2024 we've joined the Tony's Chocolonely Open Chain initiative to create a fairer, more transparent, and sustainable cocoa industry together.
